Makes you wonder if they've thought to look for it somewhere near the 'straight gene' .. or maybe it's hiding behind the 'religion' gene ..

But if you counsel them not to do that, then it is "conversion" and bad—very bad. Where is gender surgery happening without parental knowledge or consent? You've presented what seems like a horrible problem, MM. So where is it actually happening? Freon Where did I specifically say gender surgery? What does parental knowledge or consent have to do with anything, when you are here supporting banning "conversion" therapy even if it does have parental consent? Are you ignorant of Democrats laws in California regarding parental notifications when they start helping transition their children in school? I thought you lived there. The Cali laws are around kids who share their trans- issues with a counselor, and the privacy of those conversations. This privacy extends to psychologists as well, where the trust relationship between the psychologist and the client is preserved. Without that trust relationship, these kids will simply keep their emotional trauma at not being able to be themselves, to themselves. We've seen that in many cases, this results in suicides. And you are against that privacy? It's just more torture in the name of your own prudish hang-ups. Freon |

Plus, most people .. (maybe even unobservant people such as yourself) .. can pick up on a child's emerging same-sex mannerisms .. And though you don't have the honesty to admit it, you , as I, have seen this in young children and have later seen that we were correct..
But to the point.. Were you born dishonest or when did you at sometime choose to become dishonest ?
