If Donald wins, I see chaos for the next four years, just like last time. That is worth voting against. Freon The past 4 years: the border is a complete mess; inflation has been a significant problem; we've got multiple conflicts we're involved in (still), and one has led to protests across the country and especially on college campuses; Congress remains dysfunctional.
Nothing to be particularly enthused about.
Border is the same mess it's always been. Inflation is international, and we're one of the lowest. We ALWAYS have conflicts. Protests have been generally peaceful, and we should ENCOURAGE them on college campuses. The last four years have been relatively boring in in the US. Just the way it should be. Under Donald? A botched pandemic. How will he botch the next crisis? Riots. Racial Violence. Mass shootings. Chaos. You would prefer chaos to boring? That's what your vote will bring. Freon

Border is the same mess it's always been. The border is worse than it has been. Not sure why anyone would even try to deny that. Doesn't mean it hasn't been a problem. And there are things that we could do to reduce inflation here. Yeah, that's part of the problem; also why I included "still." Lots of conflicts, no end game, unconstitutional wars. There have been peaceful protests, but more recently there's been a lot of chaos on campuses. We still got mass shootings my man. Still got racial violence ( actually increased in 2021 and again in 2022). Things aren't that boring now. My vote isn't going to matter one iota in this race. That's why I'm going to pay more attention to down ballot races.

Not saying NO problems under Biden, saying LESS problems. Less chaos. Of the two candidates, one WILL increase chaos, and one will decrease it. Only one choice, really. Freon

Sure. That’s your message now. That wasn’t it before. But you’re hard wired never to admit error. You’re dishonest. My opinions adapt to the evidence available. You see this as a fault, I see it as a feature. Freon You had an opinion that the polls were showing before the 2020 election that Trump was going to win. That was incorrect. You pretended you didn't say that. And when I initially challenged you to present evidence of your assertion, and provided evidence contrary to your assertion, you said that the evidence I provided confirmed your assertion. You still haven't even acknowledged you were wrong. Instead, you skirt around and redirect and dodge. Because you are fundamentally dishonest and obviously ignorant.

But I'm sure you'll call that a lie. Why do I even bother, when you will believe whatever you choose to anyway. Freon

When Christian Nationalism retreats back under its rock.? .. ??
What do you think has caused the spike in “Christian Nationalism”? Although there are tangents (women), it sort'a centers around brown and rainbow colored people selfishly seeking a better life for themselves.. equal protections.. a slice of the American dream. White Christians (especially Southern Romanized Christians) really REALLY don't like to be told who they can or cannot oppress.. They see objection to that time honored 'right' as an attack on their way of life .. on their sacred beliefs. Legal oppression (nationalism) in the form of the draconian laws they passed has supplanted cross lightings, church burnings and floggings.. . It seems they intend to continue to legislate their problems away at least until women get back in the kitchen, the gays stop spreading gay all over everything and until certain people have the decency to stop being brown.

What do you think has caused the spike in “Christian Nationalism”? Part to blame is the tendency of some to put Christian Nationalism between quotes when it's really not called for.

Why isn't it called for? Fiddler said it. I'm quoting him. I genuinely have never met anybody that has identified as a "Christian Nationalist". And as you can imagine, I have run in some pretty right-wing circles in my life.

It’s odd how saying you are against a failing public school system spending 200k to send drag queens into schools will evoke this type response. Makes one wonder what the real agenda is.

P.. Not every kid aspires to become a gun nut, a landlord or some other knuckle dragger .. 12% of LGBTQ youth attempted suicide last year. 61% attempt suicide within 5 years of discovering their minority gender identity. These and similar programs help kids deal with the fact that they are still targeted, often violently, by a xenophobic element of society.

You mean with more inclusivity, far better representation, even having they/thems in star wars stories on Disney+, suicide rates aren't going down in the LGBQT+ community? One would think 100 years ago there were far more suicides, since LGBTQ+ wasn't nearly as accepted, taught, or promoted. People used to repress those sorts of feelings, right? There have always been trans people. 30% of Gen Z women identify as LGBTQ+, but that's only because it's more accepted now than ever before, right? They've always been there. So why weren't suicides significantly higher back then? www.hrc.org/press-releases/icymi-new-data-shows-that-nearly-30-of-gen-z-adults-identify-as-lgbtqthehill.com/homenews/lgbtq/4528874-nearly-30-percent-gen-z-women-identify-as-lgbtq-gallup/www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/nearly-30-gen-z-women-identify-lgbtq-gallup-survey-finds-rcna143019How does this paradox make sense in your mind? There's both more hate and more suicide and also more people coming out as their "true, authentic self!" because it's also more accepted? But then more are trying to commit suicide? Perhaps there's more to this story than you're recognizing. That's obvious, actually. Maybe CHRISTIAN NATIONALISM doesn't really make sense as a culprit here, it just makes a convenient political scapegoat.

Fiddler, serious question, how much of that would you attribute to this?
The US suicide rate has climbed 36% over the past two decades

They said Trump was going to win.” Rabbit: do you have evidence for that? Here are some links which show that polls overestimated the support for Biden. From politico and pew research.
