It's not a lie, unless you define touching a woman's genitals without permission as anything besides rape. Or are you going to use that stupid argument that because of how NY LEGALLY defines rape (which is proof of intercourse), that what Donald did is not rape. You're sick if that is your argument. And Donald has lost nearly ALL his cases over the last decade, with consequences too numerous to list here. Those losses were due to the proof that he broke the law and was caught. Where is the lie? It's that you cannot handle the truth, and you will support a criminal, even if he murdered someone right in front of you. Freon "Proven"? "Criminal"? There's been no criminal trial and there was no proof presented during the civil trial beyond what this forgetful shrew thought she remembered. It was he said/she said and she couldn't even remember the YEAR that this assault allegedly occurred. That's why there's supposed to be a statute of limitations for such accusations, but the sick perverts in NY had to create a special "Get Trump" exception to that statute.
"Rapist"? Even in the civil trial, rape was not the allowed accusation, just sexual assault, and that was never proven.
I thought you cared about the facts, the truth and honesty. Not a single word of "proven criminal rapist" was truthful. Do better next time.
Yup, you're going for the stupid legal definition argument. You're an apologist for a rapist. We're done. Freon

In America, Archie, you are innocent, until proven guilty, yet you think he's guilty right now. How is that honoring our Constitution? The only thing that stinks here is your blind devotion to a PROVEN criminal rapist. Freon A "proven criminal rapist"? If that's supposed to describe Trump and the E. Jean Carroll "case", do you want to try walking that back or do you want me to go ahead and point out that it's a lie? Your call. Paleo continues to support Trump's sexual abuse of E. Jean Carroll.

Does that make her guilty of being a hooker?

Quid pro quo is not a crime. Could you be more specific?
Live and learn. The term “quid pro quo” was at the center of the obsessive attempt to unseat then-President Donald Trump during the first impeachment saga. The assertion was that Trump was pressuring the Ukrainian government into investigating the Biden family’s business dealings, leveraging a $400 million military aid package in return. Critics argued that Trump was leveraging national power and foreign policy for his own personal political benefit. Trump was essentially impeached for offering something in return for something else. Indeed, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) pushed for impeachment based on one phone call Trump had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, describing it as a “shakedown.” This was all despite the fact that Joe Biden boasted about doing a very similar thing. “I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” Biden said of the withholding of $1 billion in loan guarantees for Ukraine with the demand that the country’s top — and corrupt — prosecutor be dismissed. Come 2022, just weeks from the midterm elections, Quid Pro Quo Joe is at it again. At least, according to Saudi Arabia. On Wednesday, Riyadh announced: “The Government of the Kingdom clarified through its continuous consultation with the U.S. Administration that all economic analyses indicate that postponing the OPEC+ decision for a month, according to what has been suggested, would have had negative economic consequences.” Yes, we should take anything uttered by Saudi Arabia with a handful of salt. Still, if this statement is accurate, it appears that Joe Biden made a demand of Riyadh for his own politically convenient reasons. Namely, he wanted to avoid rising gas prices before the midterm elections. If Trump was guilty — as the House of Representatives clearly believed — of impeachable offenses by using the office of the president to pressure foreign governments into beneficial behavior, then Joe Biden is guilty of precisely the same thing. If anything, Biden’s actions are worse. I am not a lawyer. But I know what time of day it is.
Really, it's my fault for engaging you. The article you just plagiarized understands that quid pro quo is not a crime in itself. You do not.
At any rate, I fully support indicting Joe Biden for any crimes committed. So what's your argument other than crying that you don't want Trump to be bound by the same laws as everyone else?

Show us the evidence that Trump ever sexual abused the woman. Not just what she claims but actual proof corroborating her story.

Trump did nothing wrong. He was not criminally paid for anything.

Then bring Biden to justice using the legal system instead of pointing fingers. My accusation of Donald was proven in court. He IS a rapist. Not 'allegedly' a rapist, he is an actual, PROVEN, rapist. You want to hold Biden accountable, I have zero issue with that. It's even MORE important we hold those with power to the law. But do it, don't just pretend it's already done, and form your possible, but unproven, hypotheses. Freon

It was a civil trial that produced no evidence beyond Carroll's flawed memory and two friends who barely recollected a call from Carroll in 1996. Carroll couldn't even remember what YEAR it all allegedly happened. If you were raped, would you forget the YEAR that it happened?
The jury refused to rule that Trump raped Carroll, instead choosing the words "sexual abuse" in their CIVIL verdict. You don't have enough objectivity to realize that you're assuming that Carroll didn't lie and Trump did. That's not justice; that's hatred and revenge.
I'd be thrilled with a prosecution of Biden, but he's being protected in this disgusting two tiered justice system.

There was enough evidence to convince a jury. That's good enough for me. It sounds like you don't believe in the American justice system. What about America DO you believe in? Not law enforcement. Not the justice system. Not the democratic process. Why do you live here? You don't seem to want to follow the Constitution at all. The South is dead. It's never coming back. Get over it. Freon

Good night. Hmmmmm. Biden is 100% guilty of quid pro quo, and all is quiet. He is also guilty of a few other things with a lot of money involved. Money paid by a country that wishes we did not exist. Now, do you wonder why this country being here is a problem for them? ? Do you all believe that Biden and family are so much smarter a business family than Trump is? What were they paid for? I myself just have to wonder. Biden is paying for how many wars now? And how many people in this country that do not belong here are you paying for. How is Russia manufacturing more for their military than we are? Why are we always giving our weapons away? Is our military up to par as it was when Trump was in charge? Was Biden talking about electric tanks? If so, what next? Ships and planes. Something stinks about the money he earned for his family and himself from China. Get Trump back and maybe we have nothing to worry about, or maybe there will be a big surprise. Donald might prove I have nothing to think about or worry. Biden is OK. Oh well. Will we ever know? Will your opinion of or support for trumP change at all if he is convicted by a legal jury for 2016 campaign interference? I and 999 million other people believe the election was stolen. And with our freedom of speech law, it is ok for to say what we believe. And to all of us, any of you that would prefer to keep Biden and company in charge are obviously somehow fooled or have a mental problem. No, the country is not running right. And no you’re ass is not as safe from an enemy country as it was before the Biden takeover. And Biden’s open border has put more expense and danger on you and your family that you and your kind refuse to admit or see. Are you an American or a democrat? You can only be one or the other.
