From our perspective, there is no difference between the two, because in terms of how one lives their life, the teachings of Jesus are identical to the laws of the Torah. Freon WRONG Jesus teaches that he is the only way to the Father. The Torah teaches that Jesus was just another prophet of God like Moses BIG DIFFERENCE You didn't hear what I said. I said that in terms of living a good life, how you treat others, honoring your parents, your traditions, etc, they are identical. You just do it in the name of Jesus, but WHAT you do, is identical to what the Torah teaches. Freon

Did you not understand the question. First I said being a Christian is following Christ. You said I was wrong. Then I asked why would you follow Christ if you did not believe in Him. You said it is not about following Christ, it is about salvation as if you get salvation without following him. I gave you an example of people like priest who believes he is the son of God but don’t follow Jesus’s principles because they rape children. My question has nothing to do with you personally because you have no clue. It has to do with people in general. So why would anyone follow someone that they don’t believe in? Lots of people believe Jesus was a great teacher, and they follow his teachings. That doesn’t make them a Christian. Confessing that Jesus is the son of God and continuing to do evil things does not make you a Christian

I know YOU believe that, I was informing you how those outside the religion see it. Freon Religion is a very complex thing. That is why I hate religion. You see how confused and fucked up Jasmine is. She's confused and fucked up because she's brain damaged. Her "religion" is just one of the many ways she shows that.

You see how confused and fucked up Jasmine is. lol, completely agree, but it HAS to be complex, else there would be nothing to believe IN. But it's not the concept of a religion, an organized set of rules and beliefs, that causes atrocities, rather it is just people who are already filled with hate, that will use ANY excuse to attack others because they erroneously believe it will fill the emptiness within themselves. And since that belief is flawed, it is the type of person who could convince themselves of that belief that are the real problem with religions. In other words, idiots. That is the conclusion you should have when you see people say/do horrible things in the name of their religion. They're just not smart people. Freon

No, a Christian is one who follows Jesus. Wrong again, stupid. As I said before. Being a Christian is more than just following Jesus. Even non-Christians can follow Jesus. Did you know that Jesus is the one and only way to salvation? Not buddha. Not allah. Not Harry hindu or Marty mormon. Not sure why your kind are so ignorant of scripture, and all other issues for that matter, save to be what you are not.
For instance, inn Paul’s Epistle to the Romans 2:6-10 Paul lays out a brief summary of judgement, and what it pertains to. In v.7, and again in v.10, he says that one that one that does good may reap “eternal life”, and “glory and honor and peace”. He expands on the idea in v.14 saying in essence that one may not have “heard” The Law (of Moses?) but still DO according to the good therein, establishing a “law” among themselves that is worthy.
Jesus Himself says much the same in John 5:28-29 “...the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth; those who have done good to the resurrection of life...”.
The hatred you express for others (refugees, the poor, criminals, fellow believers, etc.) has no place in the Kingdom of God, and neither does your kind.
