No, utilizing years of DOJ/FBI resources to hunt down that person would be a similar waste to trying to hunt down and apprehend everyone going 1mph over the speed limit. (with some hyperbole license there to make the point) And yet Jar-Jar has no problems with years of Hunter Biden drama. Jar-Jar just Self-owned. Actually, I have a huge problem with it. The IRS leadership and DOJ slow walked it. He should have been prosecuted back before 2020, but they were covering for Biden in the election.

(with some hyperbole license there to make the point) So people who commit serious crimes is not worth the funds to arrest. OK Taking a selfie is a serious crime?

How was someone wandering in part of any group that did the breaking and entering? You have us believe that if we all went to a Taylor Swift concert together, and some idiots decided to break into her tour bus outside that were at the concert, we were all part of that "group" so 80,000 fans are all guilty... Not even the federal government conjured up such absurd charges and they had years to piece this together. You didn't do well on school, did you? That's the worse comparison I've ever heard. We're you part of the group that actually entered? That is the point, it was to highlight the stupidity of your argument.

She was no more a part of that group than you would have been at that Taylor Swift concert. And again... if your legal theory held any water, why do you think the Feds didn't dredge up that charge? Hint: Your legal theory is garbage.

He should have been prosecuted back before 2020, but they were covering for Biden in the election. Jar-Jar, coming to realize he got set up, again, tries to make his complaint about 'slow-walking rather than time and cost (his original whine). Poor Jar-Jar.

Taking a selfie is a serious crime? Breaking and entering is I have no issues with arresting someone who breaks and enters. But many videos show officers escorting people into a public building. And to spend two years pursuing someone and what you have as evidence - the only evidence - is the person standing alone taking a selfie. Given everything else going on under biden that’s actually serious like child trafficking, fentanyl pouring across the border, daily organized gang murders. The list is endless. But pursuing political enemies is a leftists sop

Long arm of the law? I have zero empathy for the Jan 06 rioters. We have a mechanism for changing our government and it happens every two years. Storming the Capital and intimidating Congress to ignore the Constitution is NOT how we enact change.

Long arm of the law? I have zero empathy for the Jan 06 rioters. We have a mechanism for changing our government and it happens every two years. Storming the Capital and intimidating Congress to ignore the Constitution is NOT how we enact change. According to this particular case, she was not a rioter. She did not "storm" the Capital. There is no crime of "intimidating" Congress, that is just called politics. ANY protest could be considered intimidation. She wandered in, took a selfie, and left. It is not about sympathy for her, it is about the notion of using years and billions of dollars in DOJ/FBI resources to hunt down someone to charge them with every misdemeanor trespass/illegal parade charge they can dredge up for maybe a 6 month sentence.
