WOW.. A Crepe burn. . . Nice ... .  I really do get riled when I see attempts at locking out speech that someone doesn't like. I'm too old to think that's okay. I remember when it was tried against the Jews. I was a kid, but I just didn't 'get it'. We had been taught that we had freedom of speech. Now it seems that the last generation or two have been taught we have freedom of speech if the right things are said. That usually means that left-wing speech is very acceptable; right-wing speech not, and that's not what our Constitution says. Wow, I didn't know that about the Jews. Was their speech really stifled? I can't imagine living in a world where nobody ever said the word "bagel" again. |
