There's a lot more to the American Revolution than just those points. Not that I agree with your summary anyway.
Try reading the following:
The American revolution is, obviously, a big deal in America. It's barely a footnote in UK or wider European history. From a disinterested perspective, characterisations of US revolutionaries as "the goodies", for freexom and stuff, and the Briti as "the baddies", all about oppression, are baffling. We usually know more about the civil war, due to the fact that there are way more movies on that period. There aren't that many movies on the war of independence. So I guess that even the Americans aren't that interested in that period of their history.

Take the French revolution, for example, we have tons and tons of movies on that, which is why it's a period of our history that we usually know very well.

There's a very long Doctor Who serial on the French revolution back when it was interesting and not just about bug-eyed monsters and damsels in distress yelling and crap... It wasn't bad at all.

Canadian perspective: culture is descended from Loyalists (those loyal to the crown, many of home abandoned homes and belongings to go north near the beginning of the revolution), but strongly informed by American culture. More American than British in influence now—and runs as deep as cultural values.

Yes indeed. The party that's supported by29.35% of the voters is, again, acting like it has The Will of the People behind it and is about to shaft said People. Again.

Same shit in France, Macron the current President was willingly elected by a minority of the electorate. Most people that voted for him in the end did it only to prevent Le pen from getting into L'elyssée... Our White House.

By the way, did we burn down L'elyssée? No?

I will paraphrase Doc Holliday from the Tombstone movie. "Yes, I'm sure of it. I hate him." He's flying without a net, dancing with shoes that are falling apart, and all the while acting as if he knows anything at all about what he posts about. He reminds me of some news guy sitting at a desk with no pants on. It isn't apparent at first, but eventually becomes evident.

Was France occupied by the British back then? I don't think so. The only occupation we're taught about (since the hundred years war) is by the germans during WWII.

I wasn't talking about defeat. The question if you remember was about the occupation of Paris and the possible destruction of Le Palais De L'Elysée. That never happened.

That never happened. I remember, because it was my question. I asked if marauding, victorious, vengeful British forces had ever burned it down. You said no, because the British hadn't invaded since (iirc) the days of Saint Joan. I then pointed out the events of 1814.
